Default My 1948 Chevy Stepside

A few members have asked me to put pics of my truck rebuild on here.I know its not a Ford,so any probs and i will remove the thread. It does have a Ford Mustang front clip and a Ford 9"rear if that helps, lol.
I had it shipped over from the states and it arrived a week befire Christmas.I work on it when i can and have done alot in the time ive had.

Cheers mate.Yes mate it was easy to take apart, just hope it goes back as easy lol.The bonnet didnt line up when i bought it so i tried everything but still couldnt get it to line up.Went on a American website and a guy had a step by step guide of 14 stages of how to line up the front end.Basicaly if you dont position the rad support in the correct place then nothing will line up.There is a 3" height adjustment on that rad support and it took me a day and a half to line up the front end and then took it all back off to prep.cheers paul

Best model! Bet it will sound the bollocks with the big block V8!

An yeah I remember us having the wings up here, there massive! Was surprised how good condition they were. Definitely worth while getting one imported from the US!

Look forward to seeing this when it's all done!
