Flat and polished and laquered and fitted steering column.
Fitted dash clocks.Fitted brake and accelerator pedals
and modified accelerator cable setup.

Cheers mate.It was around Ł7000 including shipping which aint to bad.To buy one in this country with this spec would be Ł10,000+ in the condition this truck was in.You can buy them in this country for upwards of Ł5000 but they wont be v8 which is what i wanted.By the time you get all the bits to make it a v8 it will be past Ł10000

Got the front wings repaired and polyester primed then rubbed down and 2k primed last week.Flat and painted them yesterday along with rad carrier ect.Also had a delivery from the states of a new rear bed,front bumper and lower panel,front grille,running board and a few other panels and loads of stainless nuts and bolts.

Got the rad carrier back on so that i could get the inner wings and front wings bolted back on,only finger tight until i get the bonnet painted and fitted.

Started feeding new wiring kit through to the front end.Also connected wiring to the gauges and steering column ect.Made a bracket to hold the fuse box under the dash.Once wiring is fitted and everything works i will get some armoured covering on it and secure it.I dont want any wires on show and i dont want anything bolted to the bulkhead so everything that was bolted to the bulkhead before now has to have new mounts made up and secured elsewhere.New heater fitted.

Alot of the wiring done now.Fuel line and pump fitted.
Will try and get wiring finished asap and then carry on with the bodywork.

Put the new rear bed together for a trial fit,all is good.
The rear panel has a lower skirt fitted but needed taking off and starting
again which is what i done and then filled it.

Got the rear bed primed over the weekend.
Also fed the wiring along the chassis to the rear
and under the wing to the front and along the rad carrier.

Hoses arrived so i fitted them.
Flat and polished the nearside front wing to see the result.
