I only got this car last week & if im honest i didnt really want it, I got this car along with alot of good spares & a fresh built 2.1 zvh (Thats all i really wanted!) but the guy insisted it all went together.

When i got the car it had a very noisey top end so ive fitted a good Kent 34 cam & newish lifters, fitted new leads & gave it a general tidy up.

The car runs good now although its running very low boost so will require a good setup.

Engine runs well, No smoke on start up or under load, No smoke from the turbo, Gearbox is good, selects fine up & down the gears.

Engine Mods include:

Stage 3 head with Kent cam, also noticed it has double valve springs, Ahmed Bayjoo chipped ECU, stage 1 turbo, Airtec alloy radiator, Airtec FMIC with twin fans, samco boost hoses & some ancillary, Full scorpion exhaust.

The car also has Koni adjustables all round lowered approx 35mm, White wheels with good Firestone tyres all round.

Has clean 90 spec interior.

The only major thing needed is the front end painting due to the bonnet coming up, it didnt come right up so only damaged the scuttle, the roof & windscreen are fine.

Overall this car is solid & The rest of the paint comes up well.

The car has MOT til 07/12/12 & Tax til 08/12 so can be driven away.

Some paerwork but not much, ideal daily runner.

Mate I'm just wondering if that's on a genuine h plate or is it on different i.d?
Reason I ask is I owned an identical one to that a good few years back but it was d reg and it ended up on a g plate after my ownership,I'm not 100% sure why?I've got a feeling it's cos mine was 3i logbooked although I never owned it very long.
Reason I ask is it's all 88spec on yours as was my old one.
The shell was very clean on it and I think it was mercury grey originally.

id says rs turbo, it looks as if it was white with teh old colour tag and damage
looks a very very pretty rs turbo, if the paint can be done for a couple of hundred and 90spec bumper and spoiler at the same time its a great car for the money

 

Bumpers & spoilers are easily changed, Ive been over the car & theres nothing to suggest the ID's been changed, Log book says rs turbo.

Has the late lighter roof lining with rear interior light?
