Hi,I'm having a bit of problems with Jamsport. I did send my Gotech ECU for a check up to Jamsport (they offered me this option) , as I could not get it to connect to my laptop. They received it 7th Feb as the postal service stated, I got no reply from them till 27th March, when they said my Ecu worked ok.
Right, I asked them to send it back to me and what I owed them for the services and the return shipping.
Well, today is 29th April and have had no back reply from them after several e-mails .

Do anybody on here that work for them or that know of them, please help me to clear this up.

A mate of mine had problems recently too. I hope you get it sorted out mate

 

Instead of emailing why not just pick up the phone and talk to them ?

 

I don't know how would that clear the things up? I would only end up with a costly international call bill.
They have my ecu and I want it back, I'm not a kid asking for silly things with spam e-mails. If you look at the dates I posted, I've had lots of patient already.

 

I work there part time, I will speak to the office manager and find out for you

 

They ate sponsors on the Focus ST Owners Club, probably get hold of them on there as well if you struggle.
