is the siren not specific for the alarm unit itself?

I know a seperate siren can be added to this alarm, my s2 had the standard siren plus an additional one for extra noise lol

its the main siren i need to replace my system is an ai600 from what i can find out the siren has a 12v supply and an earth then a data signal from its ecu that makes the siren sound so i can only use a siren that can read that data signal so it has to be a 600 or a 606 siren

Plus the sirens aren't cheap. A friend of mine was trying to source one and ended paying out over £50 for one!

I can get one for 42 pounds but i bet theres countless cars being broke or scraped with them on that get binned lol so worth a try as i dont really need an alarm other than for insurance as the car is never left any wear so a working second hand one will be fine
