Thumbs up Ford EDIS Module and Megajolt Wiring :)

Hello again guys

I have a classic mini that im trying to wire a megajolt ignition into - I've been told its a stripped down version of megasquirt.

Anyhow what I would like to ask is your opinions on my wiring diagram:

Heres the plug connector:

Heres the wirring diagram I've modified, im running hard cut rev limiter so will I have to wire the coil power from the ECU? :

Any help would be appreciated.

I dont have a clue what the "option switch" is about or why its wired to the earths in the diagram, im also going to be puttign the tacho from the "pip" take off the EDIS

Thanks for the help guys

Craig

The options part looks to be the shielding for the more sensitive signal wires, why it has a switch on it is beyond my humble understanding.

You would prob be best to ask on one of the megajolt/megasquirt forums, as they will know more about the wiring requirements of those systems.
