well all i have a fiesta rs turbo and am tinking of a either a t3 of a t34 witch wud be the best for less lag thanks

 

T3 mate a t34 is a bit overkill unless you are running boost pressures of more than 21psi and they have the lag element which is quite substancial over a t3. Then again you got the price t3's are relatively cheap and a t34 is not

 

if you are worried about lag why not try a t25 ?
