Hi guys my connect has today developed a fault. The fuel light is on as is the seatbelt light and a funny little fuel symbol. The temperature gauge isn't working neither is the speedo or the rev counter. Any ideas?

 

The dash clocks is an ECU. There should be some fault codes stored in it if there is a fault. It will get it's readings from the canBUS stream.

It would be worth checking all the fuses in the engine bay fuse box and the one behind the glove box too though.

 

All fuses are fine I'll try and plug it in tomorrow to see if it throws any faults up

 

Pulled the clocks out today unplugged them and plugged them back in and they've started working so god knows what was wrong with them

 

Probably just a dirty contact. Unplugging and reconnecting has probably cleaned it up a little.
