Default Engine spec thoughts and advice

My Sapphire Cos 4x4 will be getting the head pulled off soon for a rebuild and i've got a few ideas in mind to improve the spec and hope for as near as makes no difference to 400bhp and a nice healthy torque curve to go with it so here's my list, all comments and advice on different specs is much appreciated.

Port and polish
BD14 inlet
Double valve springs
T34.48 ( being sent for rebuid )
Vernier Pulleys
Alcon 6 paddle clutch
3 Bar Map
Group A Headgasket
And finally a nice live mapping session.

Just a little question about fitting the BD14, would this be ok with just the port and polish and the double valve springs, or will further work be required? Also what size Siemens injectors would i need? I was told 55's but not sure. Thanks in advance

You will need valve cutouts in your pistons to run a BD14

Is that a big job? like how much more expensive will it be roughly? What about a BD10? what is the difference between the 2?

Wha sort of power do you think i should expect with that spec and live mapped? NMS would be my first choice because i've had the gunship conversion by Karl before and was really impressed.

A t34.48 wont make a genuine 400 full stop. You need to think more about the transmission at 400, i'd stick to t34.48 with 803's and a genuine 350bhp mapped by Karl norris.

No I know it wont but i'd like it near enough there, like 370-380ish so i'd rather go with greys or siemens, do you think the BD14 is a waste of time or not? I was hoping someone would point me in the right direction of spec etc.
