car was on rollers today-possible broken actuator??
would a broken actuator lead to 30 less bhp and about 80lbs less torque?! 
Will fitting a -34 actuator to my t3 in the view of when i get a bigger turbo i'l need to upgrade the actuator ananyway effect the performance on my current t3?

-34 u mean mate? I dont mind getting replacing the standard -31 but seems stupid if next season i'l need a -34 anyway. But if its to strong for stage 1 looks like i'l have to get a -31.

I meant -31 yes.
On T34's in the past my tuners used a -31
On my current NMS T34 setup it's a -34.
Get what you need currently and not what you might need.

Sure its not down on power because of unleaded fuel..?... Failing that how's it drive on the road does the boost come in and then disappear or is there no boost atall..?

power is still a nice smooth delivery and doesnt feel down on power, thats why i was surprised it only had 235bhp and 200!!!! Lbs torque. The guy said peak boost wasnt reached untill 6.4k revs pmsl

Mine did 252 @ peaked 14 psi and held 12..

This doesn't make sense, you say it's down on power in the first post, then you say it peak/holds 15psi, which is Stage1 power 
If it holds 15 psi it should be 260-270hp yes?

mine made 268 at power enginering about ten years ago at 15psi. Its still running 15psi but only made 235 today but a few people said actuator is fucked.

Yer thats what i dont understand. Its still making 15psi but not making the power at the wheels. Could it be a drivetrain issue as every now and then i get a strange resinating noise like through the rear beam, i've neve heard anything like it. Im no expert so havent got a clue. I got my mechanic looking at it next week but it would be nice to have an idea of the problem.
As big steve said when it was on the rollers it sounded spot on and sounded like it was 260easy

If you have any doubt, get another boost gage on there to double check. whos chip is in there? Woryh checking the fuel pressure too. if you cant get someone local to have a look il a couple of weeks for you.
Cheers mate, i got my mechanic checking it out when he fits my brakes and polybushes. I'l ask him to check actuator first as thats the first thing he said. Im not sure what chip, all i know is power enginering converted it to stage 1 and i got a printout of the figures from when it was done
