BTCC heads up sunday 01/04/12 itv4 @ 11am
Dave Newsham on pole. He's been on fire all week.
Neal looking quick, but Shedden been having problems with his car.
Jackson struggled a bit in qualifying, all three eBay BMW's looking pretty strong and Plato had got the MG motoring, think the car will get stronger with a bit more track time.
Austin probably would have been pole if he hadn't had issues with traffic, he was really flying. Wrathall looking pretty quick too. Should be a great day of racing, can't wait!

And yes there is more than two people who werent in last season
it's years ago I'm talking about, it's NOW that they are pretty much all the same.I mean in the 80s and 90s there were big differences in power and the V6's I'm talking about were in the Mondeo and the MG ZS etc. God, you haven't got a clue.
And there are three drivers on the 2012 grid who played no part in the BTCC in 2011. Aron Smith, Ollie Jackson and Adam Morgan. All of which were competing in the BTCC support races, so hardly surprising additions or unknowns...
They're all running in the region of 310bhp at the moment. This will be increased next season when full NGTC regs come into full stream. Nothing confirmed yet, but expected to be more like 350bhp.
What the hell are you going on about now?

So there ARE only two new BTCC entrants on today's grid!
