Hi
Just want to know how much boost a standard amal valve will take before needing to be rejetted.
Im running about 1bar via a bleed valve and noticed its knackered so would rather go back to an amal valve

i beleive they cope with 15lb

 

Cheers mate, so thats 15psi which is about 1bar
Think ill just get another bleed valve so it gives me a bit of room to move

 

stick the amal valve back on mate. when i changed from the bleed valve which came with the car to the amal valve it felt a whole lot better. boost comes on with a nice shove and turbo spooled up slightly quicker
