Thank fook i hated that fookin car
I spent most of this week stripping it in the snow and the shell was collected this morning Glad its out of my life
Going to look at a 3 door shell tommorow and i hope its what i'm after as i hate having no toys to play with

 

so why didnt you think that before paying what you did then writing it off

I didn't think that much before buying it as i am impulsive

Not an insurance one as it didn't go through the insurance!
Anything is repairable and the chasis looked straight on that so a good tug and a new roof, wing , door etc....and it will be as good/bad as it was before!

 

looked a write off but if you was wanting to build a gartrac mk4 then you have gartrac id plus non of the tunnel and inner wings will have been damaged so all could be chopped out and put into another mk4 cheaper than starting from scratch plus in the end will have correct id to be worth the money
