Hi my washers on my rs turbo are playing up i push the stalk back fir the back washer and nothing happens i press it in for the front washer and nothing happens but if i push it back and press it for the front at same time the front works :/ tryed new stalks and motor what could it be

 

Id say a crap earth or summat along the lines mate
