I've got got a boot mount tank with the feed coming out the top, I have a high pressure pump and filters. Just need to know which is the best low pressure pump to draw it out the tank?

Drawing out of the top of a tank is always the worst option for a pump.

But all you need is a pump that will flow enough to support the demands of the rest of your fuel system, and engine power.

Without that information nobody can answer.
