As above looks very good Been painted gloss black and has a brand new MSD stat fitted(cost me £11.50) all stainless cap head bolts,
not even been plumbed up, as I needed a escos one

that is a escos one ,same as mine which is big turbo escos

 

ah right the one I needed was the one with the heater matrix pipe facing the other way round

 

Rs500 has small pipe pointing forwards but not as easy to find one

 

You do know that there not a Permanent fix and can be removed and sealed back in?

Really? I did have a look at the other one I have and even tried to remove it but it wouldn't budge

 

Yeah they deffo come out...

I had to use both of my old tails in the new unit I managed to get. I simply bonded them back in with the Loctite high temp sealant and repainted it.

Try wedging it in a vice and lightly twisting on it, it should start and move.
