I stipped the Orion down in December or something and found some rust(what else is new), so I did some welding, never done it before so this is some learning.

Here's the seat mount of the left side, this was my first welding, looks like shit


Here the right side, looks fairly nice I think


Left side looks like shit, the metal was so thin it instantly burnt holes, so that needed to be closed:


Here the carrier(is that how you call it? ) of the left side, it looks fine, but after I was done with the chisel, there wasn't anything left.
Now it's in one piece again

well done mate, looks good, once you grind the welds down you wont notice

 

As vroooom ptssssh, said, grind them down and they'll look spot on.
Practice makes perfect, keep at it.
