on with a efi conversion my doner head has 3 blue and one green injector so i was wondering what would be the best ones for me not going for big power somwhere from 150 to 200bhp and using a ofam ecu

You have lots of options really, you will want high impedance injectors for a start (so nothing from a cosworth), with a BSFC of 0.55 and a max duty cycle of 85% an injector calculator suggests an injector of around 340cc (for 200bhp).

From Personal experience I would suggest looking for vauxhall vxr 480cc injectors, nice and cheap (under £100) and perfectly man enough for just over 200bhp (I believe Karlos_G on here used these at 230bhp) so some scope for future improvement.
