I'm currently running the new Mobil 1 Motorsport 10/60 which has replaced the 15/50 with no problems

lol Good question...
I'm on 10w40, but am tempted to try a 10w50 or 10w60, i'll wait until i get an oil temp gauge tho to see what temps its getting to.

I have not seen anywhere, the need to run 10/60 on an average rs turbo. My choice is made up from information given. I'm not saying that is should never be used, just not for my spec. This is why I said "I wouldn't" iirc 60 is 70% thicker then the 40. Not saying your wrong because I don't know your spec but this is what I'm told...

The link will show you a post by "the oil man" about half way down that will talk all through the fact of thicker oils.
