Won't to get my engine rebuilt and cleaned up any ideas were to go to I live in Surrey pls help

 

Is the engine out of the car? Whats wrong with it? Whys it need a rebuild? Whats your budget?

 

Engine still in car and running just not had it for long and would like it done for peace of mind and not sure on budget no idea how much it cost

 

really depends upon spec, if you just want a standard rebuild and your engine doesn't need much machining work then it could cost 350 in parts and another few hundred for labour so Ł500,

However, if it has badly worn bores, worn crank journals, a knackered cam (and probably a worn oil pump) etcetc. You would be looking at Ł800 in parts alone for a standard(ish) build.

I would always recommend having a reputable place blueprint, balance and build your engine, and as a very minimum you should install ARP con rod bolts.

In Epsom. has had a lot done already like arp rods if you are locial pls pop round and have a look you mite be albe to help me out

Nothing just would like to know it has been done proper and to clean the engine up real it's the first rst I have owend and just won't to be safe snd not mess it up straight away and every one I know noes nothing about these cars So can not get any one to give it a once over fir me

 

I live down the road in morden and a few guys live in Mitcham if you ever need a hand ect

 

Could do with meeting just so you could have a look over car for me if possible got a few probs

 

Still the problems up on here mate. Most people are very helpful.
