Default Whats next? Cosworth

Hi all,

Had a search for this info but didnt really come up with what i was after, with conflicting views too.

My 3door is stage 3 with greens,t34.55, 500 cooler and all the other stuff it needs. New fuel and fan loom.

Just wondering what would be the next stage of tune without changing the turbo? Like any suggestions on injectors etc. Also if you would recomment doing anything else mod wise that wouldnt directly up the bhp?

If you know the prices could you list them too please?

Regards Ross.

Set of Siemens 55lb injectors and a remap should enable the turbo to be maxed out. It would probably have top end boost limited on greens,

That's his problem at the moment his turbo can out do his injectors... Ideally that's why the 55's can out fuel the turbo iirc.

Again just questions.

What would be the advantage of wasted spark and air injector?

Well I've gone wasted spark because the car runs a lot smoother and don't have to worry about misfires... Air injectors not to sure why I have but since I went for a good spec and had the money I thought I would have them lol.

How much is the wasted spark kit? All in?

Thought air injectors were only applicable for the big big boys lol

fastest i had my 2wd saff on york dragway was 12.7, greys .48 T3 ported head, BD10`s

slowest was 18`s (PF feature done on this day LOL!)
T4, ext gate, greys BD16`s

most evil
Turbonetics T61, 1000cc injectors, big port big valve,P8 ALS, WRC pistons, WRC or GPA crank, cant remember,
proper lunatic wagon, but shit myself everytime it came on boost incase the block exploded

big cooler, Hart/AS inlet as its the in thing this month ( ) coilpack, and L8/P8 so it drives nicer

reliability over massive power for me now, done the big power big bang thing and i personally would stick with 400ish with knowledge of big push up the arse on boost and will do it for years.
