Do you run a dumpvalve with your gt series turbo? And why?

As the title says. Do you run a dumpvalve with your gt series turbo.
I currently run one with a gt35, as I've heard the shafts are weak and do not want a failure.
What is your opion?

Can you not run ALS with the GT turbos then?

I believe the weak area in the gt series turbos is the bearing case itself, they do a metal cage which you need to specify when purchasing.

I don't run one on mine but I may regret that one day. I run about 1.6-1.8 bar on a GT2871R.

i run a dump valve but then its always been on the car i have it to stop compressor wheel stall as i run a high boost level (2.6bar) i also have mild anti lag via my autronic ecu
