Starting my saph after 18 months in the garage anything I need to do first?
As above really I'm going to stick some fresh fuel in the old girl but what other stuff should I do? Cheers.
Take the plugs out and turn it over so it gets oil pressure up with no load on the bearings before you fire it up is a good option. (unplug ecu or injectors when you do so to avoid bore wash)
TBH cambelt and tensioner too if its been sat in one fixed position for that time.
Depends how precious the engine is to you, most of the time they are fine, depends if it was damp where it was stored etc.

full resto usually
but cambelt and tensioner but the oen on it will be ok for a quick fire up
plugs, oil and filter, but crank engine over by hand first then with no coil to get oil pressure through, especially through turbo, so proberbly prime the turbo wuth oil, then fire up with fresh fuel
once you have ran it etc change fuel filter
