ok maybe i was wrong with only thinking they was a mk2 only!

made a mk2 mexico not really dear if can prove its a genuine shell ,we sold a mk 2 mexs shell for 7 grand with nowt on it

Looks nice and unusual colour, think the very early ones were 1600gt, then after the 1971 rally of Mexico win they were badged as Mexico, think mk1s are really nice cars, rarest one would be rs1600, but don't see many for sale and when they are are very expensive. Looks like a practical car that can be used though rather than a trailer special concourse car, much better in my opinion as they are meant to be driven

that's a standard colour for mexicos you would need id tags and verification that its a type 49 avo shell

i had a mk1 mexico in that colour when i was 18, paid £400 for it, avo plate on the slam panel and all the mexico stripes, wish i still had it, they were 1600 crossflow, so engine looks right in ad
