Default CR Turbo - Thank you

Would just like to say a massive thank you to Vince and the team for their amazing service....

After my air filter decided to shit it's self and destroy my turbo i then rang up CR turbo to get it sorted.

I spoke to Vince and explained what had happened, and he told me it would probably just be the shaft but would have check to be sure.... If it was just the shaft it would cost £145 + Vat (Picked up and delivered)

Turbo got collected the next day (Thursday 23rd Feb)

Had a phone call Friday explaining it was only the shaft needed but being a T38 turbo the shaft has to come from America and wouldn't arrive in till Wednesday 29th Feb!

Received the turbo back TODAY!
But on top of that its like a new turbo... All new bolts, Gaskets, Washers. (even a new gasket in the box for my oil return) New vacuum union, and been repainted. There was 1 tread on the compressor housing which wasn't brilliant which has been helicoiled too!

Really am impressed with their service and would defiantly advise them to anyone

Thanks Again

Did you use a pre turbo oil filter? As so many people don't, and wonder why.

One of mine died within 200 miles of being fitted, but got replaced with no fuss, going stong ever since ..Just one of those things, car had oil and filter at the same time, so was not dirty oil... Customer service is sorting problems if they occur

On a different note, I rang Vince on a Friday morning for an oil feed adaptor, he posted it same day to arrive Saturday. I was sat waiting for the postie, as I needed it asap to fit the turbo, cheeky fucker walked down the drive, and posted a "sorry you were out" card through the door without even knocking .... Had to chase the fucker up the road and shout at him

Unfortunately not mate, not that I could say on here if we did anyway. We buy a little filter from eBay, they're quite cheap and get stainless pipes made, have never had any issue

3rd one i got off them though they knocked a little off but noth much i used for about 2 months and broke the car
