Just brought a 56 focus 1.4 from a trader friend but have no keys an ford want 250 for one I was wondering if can program another key from my diag launch? If so how? Thanks

if you can get a 2nd hand key i expect ford can prog it to your car so will save you the key fee but i dont know how to prog myself and as they will be for the immob system i expect nobody else can without the ford system and ford wont let you have that


i expect you are saving that cost when buying the car so no biggies huh

what you paying? i found a 56 locally with an auto box problem at £1800 and 50k miles
seems a not bad deal if i could get a box for it

 

Paid £600 bloke going to look for the key as had it sumwhere an engine in the boot needs cyl 1 repore lil end siezed up an 32,000 on the clock. An needs wing mirrors

 

I'm pretty certain that these people can do them. Local to you also.

Well they said can't cut the key but mite be able to program an if um successful still charge me so am in progress of getting one cut just need someone with a proper ford diagnostics in Portsmouth area
