i got fed up carrying each and every little part to the coaters and unloading truckloads of money at their bank......
so i went ahead and ordered a DIY kit with several kg´s of different powder from this place : http://www.electrostaticmagic.co.uk/
To cure it i went and bought a cooker at IKEA

In the beginning i struggled a bit to get adequate amounts of powder on the bits but after a few trys it works AWESOME NOW

heres a few pics :
The "tree" i made to coat things on, hung with little hooks

said hooks

the starter kit @ 185 GBP
little compressor with pressure regulator @ 150 GBP
oven for curing (look on ebay or ikea)
couple of hooks
then get some of the primer that they sell, as it works nicely

mike :
- make sure gun aint full of powder to brim
- sand blast parts first
- make sure u use a degreaser before priming
- have a heat gun ready incase u missed a spot and need to repair
- if repairing reheat the part first
- use 180 deg C, 10 minutes baking time
- between 1 and 2 bars air pressure seems to work best for me
- make sure theres NO water in air lines / compressor
thats it

Thanks for the advice!
I bought sandblasting equipment the other day.
Just got to find some suitable hooks now.
EDIT: Ordered some from Screwfix.
