Just trying to find out for a friend who has got one from a 20,000 mile car that his Mrs crashed. It's there in mint condition with the gearbox fitted waiting to go.

Offer up the ecu, key and pats sensor with the engine and box and is say upwards of 300

 

It's not a zetec in the Sportka!

 

I know what engine it is but even as a replacement engine or even for a 1.3 ka engine swap still worth a bit of money

 

Alright clever clings rather than make a useless comment why not day what engine it is. The bloke just said it was a 1.6 sport ka engine I've never even seem under the bonnet of one of the silly things.

It's just an engine and box nothing else.

Got to be worth 200 quid with only 20k on it

 

It's a 1.6 8v engine with exhaust on the back and inlet on the front, no other ford other than the sportka/street ka has it fitted does 90 or so bhp
