what oil do you guys recommend for the 2.2 ST engine, i have had a remap and a decat pipe which offers sprightly performance and now want to keep the engine at its best - is there an adative for your engine oil? appreciate keeping the filters and oil changed regularly but is there anything else that you can do to help keep maintain the engine and running gear.
Will an enlarged intercooler actually assist the engine over the ford fitted one?
