My mate has a Dreamscience that he is selling. Could I use it on my car to remap it before he sells it?

 

If it has a life left then you could potentially use it but it will render the unit useless to whoever buys it.

They are registered to a car and the only way to use it on another one is to put the standard map back onto the car.

Becareful as they only have a limited number of lives, ie will only work with a set number of cars BUT ONLY ONE AT A TIME.

 

Oh, so he can't sell it on (if I use it) until I put the standard map back onto my car.

As abouve, can only use it again if it has a life left & he MUST put his standard map back onto his car.
