Need to change gearbox oil and transfer/diff oil too,what is best?

torco 75w/90 for track - hard use and for road use redline MT85 for the gearbox and redline Lightweight ShockProofŽ for the diff,for me.

2.4lt for the gearbox approx and 1-1.3lt for the diff
