ive just had a phone call from a accident claims company for a accident i had almost 3 years ago asking if i want to make a claim as i have upto 3 years to do so, im not sure what to make of it as that was my only accident, women drove into the side of me, the bloke on the phone said as 3rd party has paid out and it was a non fault claim so if i had any aches or pains i can claim, no sure where they got my info ect from

anyone heard of this before??

You are legally entitled to claim up to 3 years if you want to, but surely if it was bad enough, you would have claimed at the time?

I had one ring me the other week about an accident lastyear. I asked them which accident, and they couldnt confirm............ thats because I didnt have an accident. Cold caller scum

they are scum, simple fact as stated is if you werent hurt bad enough at the time, why would you need to claim 3 years on?

Scum and it should be banned. My neighbour has something similar going on against him, but reading the medical reports sent to him from the other parties solicitors, even the doctors are sick of it and it ready pretty much 'they are trying it on and have nothing wrong with them'.

 

Had a call off them myself about my recent accident. Must have been a shocker as I seem to have completely blanked it out and don't remember even having it

i dont think he liked me saying that i wasnt gonna clain when i happened 3 years ago and i didnt get hurt! but i only told him after he went through everything that took about 30 mins (i was bored at work) he asked why i didnt tell him that from the start so i said i wanted to waste your time like you have wasted mine lol think he loved me lol

i hate insurance prices as they are without them going up even more, 800 odd quid for a st170, 26 8years ncb its bloody stupid
