any body know where the cheapest place to get the tachograph senders from the gearbox to the tacho unit would be for my old transit as over here in ireland they want more than the vans worth
they do cost a fair bit! are you on about just the speed sender that screws into the gearbox? we use a company called skill ray for are cheep stuff other than that we use daf or stone ridge but they would be no help to you plus you would have to pay to have the tacho re sealed once you change it

U can get a cheap loom and sender from a few different companys from stone ridge it will cost the earth whats wrong with it then why do you need a loom and sender

it's a minibus which never had a tacho and we had a tacho unit sitting in the shed so i need a loom to make it work
o right cool ill message you some numbers on here tomorrow mate of the people we use if we need cheep bits and what was the head out of did it come from another transit
