Default 4x4 Suspension

Finally decided i'm gonna put a bit of effort into getting the saph on the road for summer since i started this mini rebuild 6 months ago and haven't really done much
One thing i do want to sort is my suspension, it's on some Gaz coilovers but they are a bit tired and rather than have them rebuilt i'm just gonna go for new stuff.

The problem is i don't know what i want to fit. So i'm curious to see what set up are you chaps are using? Interested in spring rates too.

I've got Gaz golds with 350 lb fronts and 180 lb rears.
