Wonder if you guys can help. Got a plate on retention that runs out in Feb and want to move it to my Motorbike but not sure of what form to fill out. Got the v317 but not sure if its correct.

 

U fill out the form on your ceterificate mate - part A, sign and date it. I just did this the other week - shouldnt cost you a penny either as you have already paid the fee

I couldnt be arsed with the post so got my old man to go down to the local DVLA office and they sorted it everything there and then

 

is that it? dont need to worry about another form?

 

nopes just the cert paperwork needs to be filled out and presented with the bikes V5 / mot and a photocopy of the tax disc.

did mine this week and had it back in 2 days.
