Default Zetec V-Band GT3076R, Tubular Manifold, Precision Wastegate, Downpipe Setup - *SOLD*

Well, as this was all supposedly sold - I made arrangements to get a replacement setup which has now come through so it's time to put this on the market!

The manifold itself is a work of art, it was made to my specifications by Top Speed Performance in the states. Using 4mm wall thickness material TIG welded in an argon purge, there should be NO problems with this cracking!

It uses V band clamps for every connection so everything is very easy to position, remove, refit etc.

The turbo is a GT3076R with a 4" anti surge ported shroud compressor cover and Tial stainless steel V exhaust housing, 0.82 AR.

The wastegate is a 46mm Precision item, again unused, I can supply a selection of springs to be used with it.

The wastegate outlet pipe returns into the downpipe so no problems with noise on track days or similar and there is a flexi pipe on a slip joint to prevent any problems with cracking.

The downpipe is 3" and was made to ensure that air con and power steering can be retained in the standard location. I did however machine a modified power steering pump bracket to use this kit with a Focus RS water pump. To clear the water pump the PAS bracket is spaced away from the head and block, this meant the bolt head was very close to the primary on number 1 cylinder. I modified a bracket to use a recessed bolt and give clearance. This will be included with the sale.

Oh, and since I took those photos it's had a lambda boss and an Exhaust Gas Temp probe fitted to the downpipe - I'll include those with the sale!

Borg Warner EFR 7064. It's not a pipe dream either, it's at my fabricators having a twin scroll manifold made for it now

It would obviously need mapping either on an aftermarket ECU or by someone who can recalibrate the OE ECU (MSD, Dreamscience or Bluefin) as a custom map.

A set of injectors and maybe a fruitier set of cams would probably take you up to around 400bhp on an otherwise standard engine. Beyond that would probably be wise to update the engine more dramatically.

Would you sell the turbo separate?

I could sell the core of the turbo serperately, everything apart from the turbine housing effectively. With it being a V band housing it really needs to stay as part of the kit. It shouldn't be too hard to pick up a standard rear housing for one.

Would that be of interest to you?
