Sticking caliper
Alright guys just a quick question I've just changed the brakes on my civic I re assembled it all pumped the brakes and the passenger is stuck on I've tried turning the engine over and pumping it a few more times driver side is fine it's just the passenger side I've got a feeling this has been a underlying problem as the reason I changed the brakes was because the passenger side had warped a disc any advice on how to free it up many thanks

I presume the pistons has been rewound correctly? also did you lubricate the sliders, so many people neglect these when they are a crucial part of the braking function! Failing that then the piston is seized in the caliper and not returning!
It was binding before most likely hence why it warped the disc due to overheating.
It's going to be one of the two above.

Are the pads nice and free in the carrier?
1 other thing to mention is that brake hoses when deteriorated internally can restrict the fluid upon release of the brakes causing binding.

Well after peeling the rubber back at the side of the piston there was loads of shit in there I've cleaned it out and copper greased it and it seems to have made it a whole lot better much more free and it's disengaging again now will keep an eye on it cheers for the advice lads
