Yeah you need disc's too... Fiesta ones are 260mm and RS2000 ones are 280mm (i think)
Your need disc, pad, carrier, and caliper and will all just bolt straight on

i had cossy brakes on the front and rs2000 discs on the back you can also use the master cylinder and servo from a mondeo and this makes a vast improvement someone on fiestaturbo.com has done is and its pretty straight forward you just need to know what your buying
how handy are you with metal work?
if not so much then go for the rs2k setup, however you can get cosworth calipers and discs in there if you make a bracket from steel.
what wheel size have you got?
if you have gone 16", you could make FRS ones fit, just done his to my xr2 zt:

cost about £250-300 if you make them fit.

I use Sierra Cosworth 4x4 calipers and disks on my FRST, you need to space out the calipers with 4mM washer and there you go! It is quite easy! I can email pictures if you want! PM me email address. The difference for me between this setup and up rated disks means the car will happily sustain heavy braking for much longer. To do this you WILL require at least 15” wheels.
I now use Tar-ox disks though and have had made my own pistons from marine grade stainless steel so it will never rust and or seize.
But the basic upgrade to Sierra Cosworth 4x4 calipers is quite cheap and easy, especially if you already have 15” wheels or bigger

yeah mate full focus rs brake setup, it's a squeeze for sure.
i did see MK's discs and bells for sale and thought about it, but if they warp, easy and cheap swap, only take a few mins to get them off.
i did have to trim the edge of the callipers due to wheel weights, but no strength lost that matters. should complement the engine in terms of performance.
i'm hoping to get them fully painted and bled up today, between the showers that is.

i plan to do a few myself, but the weight of a fiesta is much less so the braking effort will be greatly reduced, so shouldn't get anywhere near as hot compared to a sierra.

mondeo calipers and st170 discs, cheap and work great on fezzies can be made to fit on 15" wheels if happy to get grinder out or easy in 16's. just need to drill hole couple of mm wider and washers. can do on drive in couple of hours, well worth upgrade from standard and good value for money
rsdan, looking well, i painted my 10mm steel brackets (made at home lol) and calipers with steel colour paint, they would have looked daft white IMO on my car.
all fitted and loctited down with 12.9 M12 bolts, they will not work loose now.
the only issue is that the brake hoses aren't really long enough to clamp into shock where they should. this is due to me not wanting to damage any pipes on the calipers, if i had changed them round from end to end i'd have gained a couple of inches on the pipes, i'll just get some extension pipes made up, not expensive really round here just for peace of mind.
