Default vehicle under sealer

Wheres the best place to get the white rubbery undersealer thats used on floors and chassis legs on cars.

Im just on going a bit of welding and would like to know what the stuff is called and where to get it.Ive got some black stone chip which seems to be ok but i think the white stuff might be better.

Thanks
