Hi all,

Picked up my P100 today which be converting YB cossie running gear/engine etc.

I have a couple of question regarding electrics if you can help please.

Ive got electic mirrors and windows etc to go in it, but how do i hook it all up? WIll my P100 loom accept the connections etc? Sorry to sound like a bit of a nobber here but i hate electrics. Give me paint or a spanner!

surely it would be easiest to buy a complete interior loom from a higher spec sierra, then use a complete door from a ghia for example which will then only need plugging into the loom,

As said above, fit a loom from a Ghia model (4-door or 5-door) and it will all be plug-and-play. Just tape up the rear door loom and rear end connectors. Cut the donor loom into the P100 loom @ the back of the cab area for things like lights and discard of anything extra.

 

Thanks, didnt think of that! Im a little p*ssed now because a scrapped a GLSI a few months about with a that on it. It was in the way after i rapped it for the running gear.

 

Right ive got myself a cossie loom. Before i start ripping all the interior out as its my daily run about what exactly will i need to change please?

Is it the complete car loom as an " interior loom " was metioned?

I also should have a complete cossie interior & front doors to make life easier, well hopefully.
