Default waterpump goosed on st170

hi guys was driving car yesterday an noticed had a water leak so gave car a check an noticed me waterpump has gave up it looks. its look like the pulley has twisted an fanbelt is nearly coming off an it makes a horible noise when idling as if the propellors are hitting an area inside. my question is when i replace it is it an easy job to tackle with the right tools? im replacing fanbelt same time an wondering if can be done weithout taking the mechanics. also my fans are constantly running even when i had full water in the system. they wasnt spinning very fast but on a slower spin. air con was off to. any reason why they wud just spin at a slow rate if anybody had this problem before? thanks for help guys

Yes otherwise you won't be able to access the pump housing bolts. the pump sits behind the cam belt but you can tease it out without removing the cam belt.
