Slim chance of someone looking at this in time, but I'll give it a go.
I need a new chip, so am interested in the 30% off xmas deal. Now, I am planning on changing the injectors (to greens), and possibly the turbo (to a T34) too, in the next 12 months.
On MSD website it states if I buy their chip, and later want my chip upgraded, they will only charge the increase in price (advertised as 100% buy back of the old chip). So, to move to Greens (currently on Yellows), and maybe T34 in future will cost an extra Ł41.
Excellent I'm thinking!
However, if I buy the base chip now with the discount (Ł69.30), do I still just pay Ł41 to upgrade when I'm ready? Or do I get charged the entire difference to the new chip price (Ł140 normally so therefore an extra Ł70.70 from the sale price)?
Hopefully this makes sense and I can get an answer before the deal is over!
