Here it is before the rebuild after years of neglect and drunken painting lol.

And here it is so far.
I have stripped the chassis and etch primed it.

and sprayed it in brake calliper silver. will be changing the screws too.


And the plastic parts all rid of the red paint to and rubbed down and sprayed back to black if required, i.e. side mud guards and rear bumper. might make a new front one from scratch.

Got the new body a few days ago and got it painted up and put some of the stickers on.
Dont know why I choose white but its different lol.




just waiting for the right size wheels to turn up on the internet and tyres too.
so ignore the red ones at the mo lol.


Just got then to sort the engine out (pull start, air filter, head and get a new carb for it that will fit it. I have got the exhaust back to its metal too after that too was painted red.

Dragged my old Traxxas T-Maxx .15 out the loft the other day. Had a few problems and remembered why it ended up there in the first place.

Negotiated a nice price for a newer model the 3.3 and its awesome! So much more torque compared to the .15 - it pops wheelies.

Need a decent day to get it dialed in properly.

Got the new mounts sorted and pins etc and it's sitting nicely. Just need a carb as I think the current one won't work. A new head once I know which one to get. And the wheels and tyres which I can only find in America lol.
