I have for sale this incomplete XR3i Mk4 racecar/track car






It's built to XR Challenge Group N specs

Shell is very solid and has been seam welded

Fitted with bolt in cage and has been gusseted to all pillars and had a welded rear strut brace fitted. welded seat mounts fitted for bucket seats

















I have fitted a poly window set

Comes with blueprinted 1600 CVH race engine, standard gearbox but have a S1 Turbo 6 bolt LSD to go with it

Rolling on standard suspension at the moment so needs whatever adjustable suspension you decide to fit (GAZ, Koni, Spax, Leda, AVO etc) I have a pair of rear race springs to go with it

All panels are straight and rust free

I will also have a full wiring loom for it in a week or so

If you plan to run in the XR Challenge I have the downpipe and BRAND NEW Ashley XR Challenge system but that is at extra cost

This car has potential as a race car or track day car

Ideal to re-shell your rotten RS turbo or trackday toy

I bought this first before buying my current XR3i racecar which I won the championship in

Cool cheap track toy.

 

it is fella and with not a lot of money thrown at it would be on track

for trackdays it would be ok with Konis or Spax TBH

 

still for sale

if not sold in a month i'll be thinking of coing something mental with it

possibly 2.0 Zetec or maybe Focus RS conversion

Well the civic was going to go on track.. I didn't have any intention of selling it..
Until I saw this thought its worth a try before ripping the civic apart.. Swap for something that is already on the track route...

Does It come running an drivable..??
