Default Passat 2.5 TDI v6 Estate - Remap 18's Leather - **SOLD :D**

For sale is my VW Passat 2.5 V6 TDi Sport Estate 51 registered.

The car has been owned by myself privately and meticulously maintained/ cared for approaching 3 years. It has been faultless during that time, never let me down and been tastefully modified to create what is very easily the best car I have owned. It certainly ticked all the boxes for me ranging from practical, performance, economy, comfort, looks and reliability view points. It has been used for my daily commute which is mainly motorway.

The car is one of the first B5.5 models and boasts the facelift changes such as front bumper/grill, chrome surrounds on the instrument dials/clusters and rear LED type lights. The Passat is finished in Tornado red with contrasting chrome trim on doors, bumpers and roof luggage rack. This combination I am informed is quite rare now and therefore sort after given this was applied at factory.

Mechanicals:
2.5 TDI v6 engine covered 120k (will go up as in daily use). Excellent condition - No loss of oil or water. No leaks apparent.

Professionally remapped (fully documented) boasting a 35BHP increase to 185 BHP and 60 NM torque. Please note that this modification has been undertaken to improve economy rather than performance. Nevertheless, the improvements are noticeable and much improved overall. Has full service history carried out by main dealer or specialist. Genuine OEM parts used. In my opinion, the best choice of engine for performance delivery and fuel efficiency. Currently achieving 52 MPG on my daily commute (37 miles)

Gearbox/Clutch
6 speed gearbox, very smooth yet assuring gear changes. No grinding or related issues. Superb for cruising.

Suspension
Koni suspension with 40 mm drop – purchased new to replace OEM setup, much improving the overall look and handling. (OEM still available)

Interior

Superb black heated leather interior with perforated inners. Excellent condition, treated regularly with Maguire’s products. Genuine VW mats. Carpets treated with Autoglym products
Rear load cover present and in excellent condition, boot area preserved with rubber boot protector.

Exterior
Tornado red metallic paint in excellent overall condition – some stone chips in keeping with todays road conditions and motorway miles. Car has been painted in areas prior to my ownership (previous owner was fastidious) to maintain its upkeep. Washed and waxed every weekend. No rust issues anywhere, what so ever.
Detachable tow bar fitted with twin electrics (very little use – NEVER IN MY OWNERSHIP! and stored in boot).
VW mud flaps front and rear.

ICE ( In car entertainment)
Original VW headunit and CD player
Or optional VAG Navi system (double din) – Excellent sound
Or optional Pioneer Double Din MP3 CD/DVD AVIC 900 BT (double din) – Excellent sound!!
Im sure im right in saying mine has the uprated speaker system with OEM sub??
Also IPOD docking station which connects directly to VAG units above

Wheels
18” Split rim replica’s, anthracite inners and polished outers. 225 x45x 18 Continental sports on front (approx. 7 mm), two brand new (today) on rears. Have some kerbing marks which have been touched in.
I do have some optional wheels (18” RS6 which I have refurbished)

Other information
• New MOT upon purchase (at full asking price)
• Tax to Feb 2012
• Full Service History (VW and specialist)
• Folder of history and receipts & original VW wallet with all handbooks
• 2 ‘flip’ Keys
• HPI Clear (with report)
• 6 speed gearbox
• Cruise control
• Heated front seats
• Climate control
• Parrot Bluetooth hands-free kit (or optional integrated unit with Pioneer Unit)
• Rain sensing aero wipers
• Rear window privacy tints

The car drives very well and is extremely quiet and comfortable. I like to be as accurate as I can be in my descriptions

I trust that following the depth of this advertisement, viewers will appreciate that I have been as honest as I can. The opinions are mine and will appreciate those whose views would differ, but in context of the vehicle age, condition and its daily use! Im sure I have missed out bits, please feel free to ask anyway! Very reluctant sale, owing to a new car only. Not in any rush to sell although will consider a part exchange

Car is located in South Wales, 20 mins from Severn Bridge. The private plate is not included within the sale and will be removed upon a secure deposit.

Please ask if you require any more info or pics. Pics taken last weekend

These hold their money really well, that looks mint (like all your other stuff).

Surprised your getting such good mpg though,I drove the same engined t5 about and it was appalling on juice, quick as he'll though!!!

Understandably a far bigger vehicle but it was 20's in the mpg stakes!!!
