Default are fiesta rs turbo parts getting rare?

my mates been trying to get an ecu and map sensor for his fiesta rs turbo but cant find one anywhere seemingly

i know nothing about them,does the escort one not do the job?

He will need to know if its an ofab or ofac ecu he needs mate

Yes parts are thin on the ground. Escort one is a no go as they used Bosch KE-Jetronic. Fiesta uses 2 types of Fords own EECIV (OFAB and OFAC). You need to know which he has as the 2 systems do not have interchangable bits.

Does one of the ecu's have a map sensor that handles more psi??

Yeah that would be OFAB!! And i just sold my whole ofab set up last week after it being advertised for bloody ages!!!!!!

And according to Jano, the ecu alone was worth half , of what i was asking for the whole conversion - which was the ofab ecu, a superchips 195 chip, engine loom, map sensor, edis4, iscv, efi inlet, fuel rail, tb, injectors, and few other wee sensors!!

ebay best bet these days, £150 should get you the full ofab setup,

Got ofab ecu...just need to find the map sensor that goes with it now...
