Im on my second and i think there a great car...just keep it well serviced i change oil and filter every 4k on mine....always make sure the car is up to temp before engaging turbo mode...and allways allow for it to tick over for 20seconds before turning off.
Ah ok. I'd heard about the start up and cool down.
..... So turbos have oil lol. Really don't have a clue! Ok... So is it easy to do yourself or should I just take it to Ford?

Mat's pretty much covered it TBH.
The oil change which is mentioned is a standard oil change mate, the car will supply the turbo with oil by itself providing everything is in order and working as it should be.

depends how decent you are with the spanners mate...I did mine the other day with my 35% discount at ford and it it cost me Ł28 for everything inc genuine ford oil...took me around 30-40mins to do and is easy compared to most cars.

oil change is easy pal, easy to look after turbo engines, i'm running a well powered zetec turbo setup in my xr2, loads can be done to make them pull much better.
i reckon on 350bhp about now and loads to come as soon as i can sort a clutch to hold the torque.
if you get stuck with servicing etc. then i'm only in blackburn close to J5 off the M65.
