I have just changed over to level 8 E.C.U on my 2wd saphire.It is stage 3 and idled fine with the idle valve connected on the l6 E.C.U.I also changed to a 4wd throttle position sensor at the same time.However i am having to run without the idle valve connected now as when it warms up it idles at about 1500 rpm(i have adjusted it all the way)and when i go over about 3000 rpm it sticks at 3000 and wont come down unless i disconnect the valve.Any one got any help?

 

Mate of mine had this - he hadn't switched the top and bottom wires around on the TPS when changing to the PF09 - I bet you haven't either.
