Basically, and this is cut down to fit in a nutshell:
PF is shifting some serious traffic now and General Discussion alone is doing 7 pages and over 350 topics per day... that in itself can be ebough for the few moderators we currently have.
Ive decided that most rooms require 2 dedicated Mods with some busier ones perhaps 3. This way:
1) Each mod has more focus on the task in hand.
2) Each mod will have more idea of how that room runs.
3) The "user" will be more able to Pm a mod specifically for that room.
4) Each mod will actually be under less pressure.
These are just the key 4 points and are all of course just "IMO" But the other binus is we can choose folks who know their subject. IE: An IT bod for the IT section. This is good for issues of piracy etc as its their subject so they can make an informed decision etc etc.
