Default Do new idle control valves need setting up?

Have bought a new ISCV from ebay, have had a quick look at the new one and does the little nut at the end need tightening up or anything?

Or is it "fit and forget"

Cheers

OE ones are normally dont adjust but aftermarket ones have the screw which acts like a idling screw in case your revs are high or low
